GET A KIT
Have an at-home test kit sent directly to your residence by submitting a request or picking up a test kit at a nearby
pick-up site.

COLLECT SAMPLE
Follow instructions provided with the test kit to activate the test kit, collect and package the sample.

RETURN SAMPLE
Return the sample at your nearest UPS drop-off location using a prepaid UPS label included with the test kit.
Other pick-up options may be available.

GET RESULTS
You should receive your results by email within 24 hours from when the sample is received at the lab. You will also be able to access your results on the patient portal.
